If you are thinking of buying a property that is more than 25 years old, we suggest you check that the property has been rewired within the last 25 to 30 years, as chances are they will need to be upgraded to be compliant with current building standards. If the newly purchased property needs to be rewired, we recommend that you do this before decorating the property, as this process can be very disruptive to the fabric and decor of your commercial premises.
